COSNTANZA-A retired Army colonel shot dead this morning a farmer of 40 years and then committed suicide by the same type injuries during an incident at the El Tornado, Constance, police said. He said the victims are Colonel (r) Cecilio Hernández Santana, 64, who served as director of the Municipal Police of that city, and Mr. Santiago Ciprian Anazagatiz (Rauli). The preliminary report of cases under police investigation, reports that the incident occurred in the morning in the midst of a discussion held by both irrigation pipe, installed on a parcel located in the neighborhood above.
Police said the retired officer died at the scene, while Mr. Ciprian Anazagatiz (Rauli) died in the Medical Specialties Center "Titi", where he was transferred.

The institution said retired officer used the 45mm caliber Colt pistol mark, No. C234885, covered by Form 25, the military equipment of the Armed Forces, to shoot Rauli, and then commit suicide.
Both bodies were handed over to their families for their respective purposes.
